Rates - based on double-occupancy
Per night - $110
Per week - $700
Use of futon or extra single beds - $30 per night

Reservations
A deposit of $110 is required to secure reservation. We accept VISA, MasterCard and American Express. For security purposes, please use phone for submitting credit card information rather than emailing it--thanks! All fees are subject to 9% Vermont State Rooms and Meals Tax.

Arriving & Departing
Check-In: 3pm or by special arrangement
Check-Out: 11am or by special arrangement

Changes & Cancellations
Guests arriving one or more days late or departing one or more days early will relinquish their deposit and outstanding applicable fees will be due. Likewise, no shows will be charged for the entirety of their reservation. Deposits will be returned only with ten days cancellation notice, minus $20 administrative fee. Deposits for cancellations made less than two weeks before arrival will remain valid for six months if suite can be rebooked for original dates. 

Kids & Pets
Kids of any ages are welcome and we have back-up toys, books and games if needed. Quiet, non-aggressive and completely house-trained dogs are fine (we have a hep cat who is never allowed in the suite but who finds canine visitors intriguing). Food and water bowls are available and picturesque walkies only steps away. Other critters are okay too, as long as they don't squawk at sunrise or cause widespread panic if lost.

No-No's
Smoking on the premises and use of backyard are not permitted. For parents seeking a place for kids to run around, there's a wonderful elementary school playground around the corner, which is open to the public during non-school hours.
